Fossilized web of Pacific Northwestern orb weaver spider (Zygiella x-notata).

Web gathered in Portland, Oregon, Columbia River Basin, North America.

Dimensions: 5 1/2" diameter x 3/4" tall approximately.

Hand-thrown porcelain with clear glazed interior and unglazed exterior.

Dishwasher safe. Hand washing recommended.

Food-safe clay and glaze.

**There is some specking on the front--mineral deposits in the clay body showing through. See image. It poses no structural issue.
